Bacalao gratinado con costra de Allioli

Ingredients

  • 4 lomos de bacalao
  • 1 cebolla
  • harina
  • sal
  • aceite de oliva

Salsa utilizada

  • Allioli

Instructions

  • Enharinamos los lomos de bacalao y los freímos en abundante aceite. Cuando estén dorados por ambos lados los reservamos.
  • En el mismo aceite sofreímos la cebolla cortada en juliana y cuando esté dorada la reservamos también.
  • En un recipiente apto para el horno ponemos una base de cebolla, el lomo de bacalao y lo cubrimos bien con el Allioli.
  • Gratinamos unos 5 minutos o hasta que el Allioli esté bien dorado y… ¡A disfrutar!
